FACEBOOK ADS FOR REMODELERS

Facebook ads that sell your remodels, not stock photos.

Remodel buyers spend months saving photos before they call anyone. Facebook and Instagram are where they’re looking, so your finished rooms need to be there.

WHERE IT BREAKS

Facebook & Instagram ads for remodelers: what goes wrong.

01

Stock kitchens and magazine photos

Homeowners scroll past them because every remodeler in town runs the same ones.

02

One-tap forms for a major project

A single tap is too little effort for a project this size. You get names, not consultations.

03

One campaign for every room

Kitchen, bath, and whole-home buyers all get one ad and one page.

WHAT WE RUN

Built for remodelers. Run by us.

Walk-through videos

We film you touring a finished room and talking through the choice that made it right for that family.

Campaigns by room

Each room type gets its own ads, page, and budget, so you see which one books.

A price range before the form

The page shows a range from your recent projects before anyone hands over a phone number.

Consultations as the signal

Meta learns from homeowners who booked a consultation, not from cheap form fills.

AN EXAMPLE WE WROTE

Example bathroom remodel ad, 30 seconds (a script we wrote to illustrate, not a real campaign)

  1. 010–3s, owner in a finished shower: “Here’s what we changed so this bathroom works for the next 20 years.”
  2. 023–10s: before footage, cramped tub and dated tile. Voiceover: the homeowners’ one complaint about the old room.
  3. 0310–20s: crew at work, waterproofing and tile going up, owner pointing at where the niche goes and why.
  4. 0420–26s, owner: “A bath like this usually runs [your range] with us. Price yours in two minutes.”
  5. 0526–30s on screen: license number, “See your range. Book a design consultation.”
  6. 06Lands on: the bathroom page with this video, three finished baths, the calculator, and booking.

RUN YOUR NUMBERS

What does one booked estimate really cost?

Cheap leads that never book are expensive. Price the thing you actually want: a homeowner on your calendar.

STRAIGHT ANSWERS

Questions we hear.

Can Facebook ads reach homeowners in the neighborhoods I want?

You can aim campaigns at specific cities and ZIP codes in your service area. The creative does more of the sorting: a walk-through of a full custom kitchen draws a different homeowner than a quick-refresh ad.

What should a remodeling Facebook ad show?

Real rooms you built, the people who built them, and one specific detail homeowners care about. Before-and-after footage works when the before is honest.

Have you made Facebook ads for a remodeler?

Yes. All American Renovations in Fresno runs video ads we scripted, shot, and cut. You can watch one on this page.

Should the ad mention price?

A range can, if you’re comfortable with it. At minimum the page behind the ad should show one, so homeowners who book already know roughly where you land.

Your crew is ready for the next job. Is your calendar?
