Who we are

What we collect

• Information you give us: name, company, email, phone number, and your answers to the Acquisition Assessment or contact form.
• Booking details when you schedule a call through our calendar provider.
• Basic technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring site, used for security, troubleshooting, and understanding how the site is used.
• Advertising measurement: our ad landing pages use the Meta Pixel. It records visits to those pages and some actions you take there, such as submitting an application or booking a call, and sends them to Meta so we can measure our ads. Meta uses that information under its own privacy policy. You can limit this with your browser privacy settings or in your Meta ad preferences.

How we use it

• To respond to your request and prepare for calls you book.
• To contact you by phone, text, or email about your request, with your consent.
• To operate, secure, and improve this website.
• To meet legal obligations.

Text messages

If you opt in, we may send calls and text messages about your request, including automated messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Who we share it with

Service providers that help us run the business, such as our CRM and calendar provider, email and SMS providers, and website hosting. They may use your information only to provide services to us.

We do not sell your personal information. The Meta Pixel shares page activity with Meta for advertising measurement, as described above. You can opt out at any time with the 'Do not sell or share my personal information' link at the bottom of our pages. Browsers that send the Global Privacy Control signal are treated as opted out.

Your California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion or correction, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it. Unqualified applications (not a fit, or waitlist) are kept for 12 months. Qualified leads who did not sign are kept for 24 months after their last contact. Client records are kept for the length of the agreement plus the period California requires. Booking records follow the lead they belong to. Deletion requests are answered within 45 days.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards such as encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

This site is meant for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we update this policy, we will change the date at the top of this page.
