What does BlueSmith actually do?
We build and run the system that puts qualified homeowners on your calendar. We film your ads, run them, build the pages homeowners book from, set up follow-up and booking, and track every lead to a signed job. You run the estimate and close.
Do you sell leads?
No. We don’t sell lead lists or shared leads. We build your own acquisition system, with your ads, your pages, and your calendar, so the homeowners who come in are yours alone.
Which platforms do you run ads on?
Facebook and Instagram are the core, with video filmed on your jobs. For larger scopes we add Google Ads, Google Business Profile, and local search.
Do you close the jobs for us?
No. We build and run everything that gets qualified homeowners on your calendar. You run the estimate and close the job. That split is on purpose: you know your work better than anyone.
Do I have to be on camera?
We film you, your crew, and your work. We handle the ideas, scripts, and editing, so you don’t need to know what to say.

How much does it cost?
It depends on what we build and run for you. We scope it on the strategy call, around the jobs you want. Setup is quoted separately, and your ad budget is paid directly to the platform.
Is ad spend included?
No. Your advertising budget is separate and paid directly to the platform, so you can see every dollar. We never mark it up.
Do you guarantee a number of jobs?
No. Projects booked depend on your market, budget, offer, capacity, and close. We show the work we do and the results we can verify.

A strategy call, a filming session, and quick answers when we need access or approvals. We handle the rest.
Where do you work?
BlueSmith is based in California. We build and run systems for contractors across the country. Filming happens within our agreed service area; travel outside it is quoted.
